DEVIOUS FAITH — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of every Devious Faith product, all sales are final. Each item is made specifically for you upon ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or personal dissatisfaction with the product.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of every Devious Faith product. In the rare event that your order arrives with one of the following verified issues, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement at our discretion:

• Your item arrives significantly damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping
• You receive an item that is different from what you ordered
• You receive a size different from what you selected at checkout

How to Request a Refund

To be considered for a refund or replacement you must:

1. Contact us at deviousfaithwrestling@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery date
2. Include your full name and order number
3. Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
4. Describe the problem in detail

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be considered under any circumstances. Devious Faith reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria above or cannot be verified through sufficient photographic evidence.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refund or replacement under any circumstances:

• Customer ordered the wrong size
• Customer changed their mind after ordering
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
• Slight variations in print placement within industry standard tolerance
• Damage caused by improper washing or care of the garment
• Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargeback claims seriously. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting Devious Faith to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide all order and communication records to the payment processor to dispute the claim.
