At Hydro Hooliganz, we operate as a direct-to-customer dropshipping store. This means we do not hold inventory and items are shipped directly from our suppliers.

No Returns

We do not accept physical returns. Customers are not required to send items back to us for any reason.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received
  • Order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe
  • Tracking shows delivery but item is confirmed missing

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or estimated delivery date for non-arrivals) and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or other shipping issues outside our control
  • Normal wear or misuse of the product after delivery

Refund Processing

If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times are typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
